Do you watch the local, nightly news?

I'm a news junkie...I watch all the news shows I can and read the newspaper and view news on the web. It may be depressing 99.9% of the time but sometimes you have to look outside and see what is really going on. Sadly it all seems bad these days. But for every bad thing there is some good happening somewhere..that's just how life works.
