GIRLS - i need opinions, and lots of them. its long but please read it?

hey people, im a boy, im 15 and im from scotland, i never usually do this, but im stuck on what to do next, 2 weeks ago i met this girl. i had seen her around but she came out 2 weeks ago and shes friends with all my friends, we dont go to the same school, but its nearby so its ok, when i first looked at her i knew i liked her, we talked a bit that night in person and then the whole week after we talked on facebook alot and had a few lonnnnnng in depth conversations about out personal lifes, then we went to a party on saturday and got drunk and had fun, then at the end of the night i took her a side and looked right in her eyes, she looked back and i said " i think your beautiful and im starting to like you", she said im soo sweet and soo cute and im the first guy to ever do that to her face, then this week weve just been talking on facebook ( by the way, does she like it when i start all the conversations ? ) then the next day her and a few of my friends went out for a bit and i found out that she said to one of my friends that she doesnt know if sh would go out with me cos she doesnt know me that well, but she said she would kiss me, ill see her for the first time since on friday, how do i act towards her ? does she like me ? , id apprieicate any answers with alot of detail answering all my questions , thanks :P
