Is it easy to get trasnfer to a nother school???

ok i am from miami and i go to a bad and boring school southridge but i wanna go back to sunset im a senior and i really wanna go back but my home school is southridge how can i fix this i asked my friend to get the papers for me so i can try and transfer to sunset can someone give me advice???? ill choose the best answer that i feel is right
