It seems like people take advantage of me?

Well, I think that people do because I am a quiet & timid person when it comes to things. I don't say anything when I know something's wrong or odd, and people seem to say anything, and hence I don't do anything about it. Also, I feel like people don't take me seriously and they think that I'm a gullible person. Which I try not to be.
