Question about cooking a rump roast............?

Rump roast can be prepared in any of those ways with great success. I like it best in the crock pot with a bunch of veggies. Less tender cuts of beef, like eye of round, should always be cooked with a moist heat. Any of the more tender and/or fattier cuts can take a dry heat.
