What do you expect from a housekeeper?

If you and your employers agree with a 'no set time', then that is great. Everyone I know here pay a housekeeper by the hour, and the housekeepers all have a minimum. Work expected is agreed upon between the two parties, as is the time alloted and days to work. There is always a written contract between the two parties to protect each. The housekeepers here are to be insured, and bonded. Personally I would want to know exactly when my housekeeper is to arrive and depart from my home.
