Why do alternative medicine practitioners always seem more caring and considerate?

They probably have more ideals about the way society ought to work, are less ambitious ( in a good way ), do not value power, and are generally not rigid in personality. Perhaps more importantly, ( without trying to overly generalize about conventional medicine practitioners ) many alternative medicine practitioners do not put economic interests above the well being of others. Thats it in a nutshell.
