How do you get a guy who thinks your a creeper 2 think your not?

so i liked this guy and i went a little overboard on texting him. he nvr txted me bak. so a stopped. thn i txted him last nite and he said "y do u txt me 24/7?" and i told him a lie (my cousin stole my phone) and he doesnt believe it.....wht do i do?????????????
