What are Kirk Hinrich's good and bad qualities?

He's a very good defender. He can either play the point or shooting guard adequately. he can guard both positions adequately. he's smart, a good ball handler, and can p and is decent at getting to the hoop. He struggles to score at shooting guard because he has a very inconsistent jump shot and he doesn't spot up well from the three point line.
