What's up with black women who work in corporate america?

I just moved to Chicago. Alot of sistas work in the downtown loop as I do. If I even try to ask thee sisters just for directions they'll ignore me. I think by day they see themselves as white. It's the same way at pred. white churches, they act so ugly and condescending.
