When I filed my Taxes my Tax lady did not put in my non taxable combat pay will is get a stimulus check still?

If your income with the non-taxable combat pay was under $3000, and the combat pay wasn't shown on your tax return, you won't be eligible. You'd have to file an amended return and show it. This could affect an EIC amount on your original return, so you might or might not be ahead to amend. If you got the extra benefits from EIC for excluding it, then you can't get the rebate benefit by INCLUDING it - it's your choice which way to go though, whichever gives you more money.
